District Court Hapur Visit
Swami Vivekanand Law College organized an educational visit to the District Court Hapur to provide students with practical exposure to trial court proceedings. The visit aimed to help students understand the real functioning of the judiciary at the district level and bridge the gap between classroom studies and courtroom practice. During the visit, students observed live hearings in civil and criminal courts, gaining insight into filing procedures, arguments, evidence presentation, and judicial decision-making. They also interacted with practicing advocates who shared valuable guidance about litigation, drafting, and client handling.
